Yes. Toilet facilities are available to ticketed visitors and are located on Level 3 of the BridgeMuseum. Access is via stairs only.

The BridgeMuseum has limited indoor space, so we recommend bringing only essential items, as all personal belongings must be carried during your visit. Prams, large bags, and suitcases are not able to be stored.

Yes – photography and filming for personal use is allowed. Please note: 

  • Tripods are not permitted without formal approval prior
  • Drones are strictly prohibited 
  • Commercial photography and filming require formal approval from the BridgeClimb Media Team

Yes! Gift Vouchers are available for purchase here. You can choose a Day Session, SkyHouse After Hours, or Bridge Bucks Gift Voucher - which can be used across BridgeMuseum or BridgeClimb.

Plus, BridgeClimb Dollars can be used towards entry to the BridgeMuseum.

Once you're inside, you can scan the QR codes displayed throughout the experience to access translations in the following languages:
