Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms of trade of Feliz Puente Pty Ltd ABN 79 625 999 877 (trading as Sydney Harbour Bridge Museum) and all dealings relating to The Museum will be on these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Museum. These conditions apply to bookings made from 25 March 2026 onwards, including (but not limited to) new bookings made with credit vouchers issued following trip cancellations. 

Feliz Puente Pty Ltd ABN 79 625 999 877 is the seller of all events taking place at The Museum, as well as climbs over the Sydney Harbour Bridge (“Climbs”), all gift vouchers for Climbs, and other ancillary items, including but not limited to photographs, videos, merchandise, food and beverages. The supply of Climbs and other ancillary items at the Sydney Harbour Bridge by Feliz Puente Pty Ltd ABN 79 625 999 877 trading as BridgeClimb Sydney are governed by Feliz Puente Pty Ltd ABN 79 625 999 877 trading as BridgeClimb Sydney’s separate terms and conditions available here.

1. STANDARD CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.1 The following words have the following meanings in these terms and conditions, unless the context requires otherwise: 

(a) ‘Gift Voucher’ means a gift voucher sold by The Museum, as contemplated by clause 3.

(b) ‘terms and conditions’ means the terms and conditions set out in this document.

(c) ‘The Museum’ means the business known as Sydney Harbour Bridge Museum conducted by Feliz Puente Pty Ltd ABN 79 625 999 877.

(d) ‘Ticket Holder’ means an individual who is issued with and holds a valid Ticket as defined in clause 1.3.

(e) ‘You’ and ‘Your’ includes Ticket Holders, customers of The Museum, visitors and guests of any site or attraction operated by The Museum and persons taken to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 A Ticket, subject to these terms and conditions and the type of Ticket purchased as detailed below or as otherwise notified by The Museum to you at or prior to the time of purchase, entitles the Ticket Holder to access The Museum.

1.3 Ticket Entitlements The Museum will, in its discretion, determine which tickets (‘Tickets’) are available for sale on any particular day and time. The Museum will also, from time to time and in its discretion, determine which Tickets may be purchased in person at The Museum or online (subject to the conditions set out in clause

2). Ticket entitlements are as notified to you by The Museum at or prior to the time of purchase. The following Tickets to The Museum have the following conditions of use, subject to these terms and conditions:

(A) STANDARD SESSION TICKET 
(i) The Standard Session Ticket entitles the Ticket Holder to attend the session at The Museum at the relevant scheduled date and time to which the Standard Session Ticket applies. 
(ii) A Standard Session Ticket expires at the conclusion of the session as displayed on the Standard Session Ticket, The Museum website and/or the relevant booking platform (as applicable). 
(iii) The date and time of a session is correct at the time of publication on The Museum website. The Museum reserves the right to change or cancel a session with reasonable prior notice in which case clause 1.3(A)(iv) applies. 
(iv) If a session is cancelled solely due to a decision by The Museum, The Museum will refund the face value of the relevant Ticket or provide the Ticket Holder with the same type of ticket to a future or rescheduled session (provided the Ticket Holder had not materially breached these terms and conditions). Tickets are subject to capacity and entry is subject to the conditions of entry outlined in these terms and conditions. 
(v) Cameras, video and audio recorders, mobile phones, electronic games, pagers and any other electronic devices may not be permitted in certain circumstances at the discretion of The Museum. The Museum may also request that all mobile phones be turned off before entry into The Museum (or any part of it).

(B) AFTER HOURS SESSION TICKET
(i) The After Hours Session Ticket is a Standard Session Ticket with sessions available during select after-hour periods as determined by The Museum.

(ii) Subject to applicable law, the After Hours Session Ticket includes a complimentary beverage and canapés (with an additional beverage available for purchase).

1.4 All entry is subject to The Museum’s standard conditions of sale and standard conditions of entry, please refer to full terms and conditions available in clauses 1 and 2.

1.5 Tickets remain the property of The Museum and may be withdrawn at any time with reasonable prior notice if The Museum considers it reasonably necessary to do so to protect its legitimate interests provided that if The Museum does so and you have not materially breached these terms and conditions, it must provide you with a refund in accordance with clause 1.7. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not limit The Museum’s other rights in these terms and conditions.

1.6 Bookings are only valid for the selected date and time of entry indicated on the booking reference or Ticket. Late arrival to a booking made for a specific time may result in one of the following at the discretion of The Museum, acting reasonably: 
(i) non-admittance until there is available capacity; or 
(ii) forfeiting of that Ticket.

1.7 Tickets are non transferable and non-exchangeable except where expressly permitted in these terms and conditions. Other transfers and exchanges are at The Museum’s absolute discretion and where The Museum exercises its discretion to allow a transfer or exchange, a per person fee may be charged. In the event that The Museum exercises its absolute discretion under this clause 1.7, it reserves the right to exercise its absolute discretion under this clause 1.7 in regard to any future dealings.

1.8 Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable (other than as expressly permitted in these terms and conditions) except as otherwise agreed in writing by The Museum (acting in its absolute discretion), subject to any requirement at law to the contrary, including under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). For the avoidance of doubt, to the maximum extent permitted by law, no refund whatsoever will be provided for the cost of a Ticket if you or any person is refused entry to or removed from The Museum premises under clause 2.5. Where The Museum exercises its discretion to provide a refund, (subject to any requirement at law to the contrary, including under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) the refund will be returned to the original payment method used for purchase, excluding any booking or transaction fees, and use the exchange equivalent at point of purchase for foreign currency transactions. In the event that The Museum exercises its absolute discretion under this clause 1.6, it reserves the right to exercise its absolute discretion under this clause 1.6 in regard to any future dealings.

Subject to any requirement at law to the contrary, including under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Tickets may be exchanged only when the conditions under clause 2.2 or otherwise where expressly permitted in these terms and conditions are satisfied and any other exchange is at the absolute discretion of The Museum.

1.9 By entering The Museum premises, all Ticket Holders, customers, visitors and guests who have been notified of these terms and conditions (including through signage at The Museum site) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.10 The Museum will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by any Ticket Holder or any customer, visitor or guest in respect of, and The Museum will not be liable for any refunds in respect of (subject to any requirement at law to the contrary) The Museum, in its sole discretion, closing or delaying any attraction on a permanent or temporary basis due to health, safety or security reasons or other reasonably necessary reasons, including but not limited to inclement weather, power outage, refurbishment, acts of God, safety, emergency, health or other circumstances outside The Museum’s control or which make it reasonably necessary to close or delay that attraction.

1.11 Persons must be aged between 3 to 15 years inclusive to be eligible for “Child” Tickets.

1.12 Concession prices are available only to: 
(i) Australian and New Zealand Government Pension card holders; 
(ii) New South Wales Senior Card holders; and
(iii) Australian Student card holders, provided that The Museum is satisfied (acting reasonably) with the relevant valid card produced to it. The relevant original valid Pension, Senior or Student card must be presented at the time of purchase or on presenting Tickets or booking references for entry at The Museum premises.

1.13 All Ticket prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Any purchase you make will be charged in Australian dollars. You are solely liable for any currency conversion fee, including any fee charged by your credit card provider or bank.

1.14 The Museum may contact you (including via email), collect, use and disclose your personal data and information provided in accordance with The Museum’s Privacy Policy.

1.15 Additional conditions for online purchases of Tickets 
(a) To purchase a Ticket you must complete the online ordering process, including: 
(i) selecting the Ticket you wish to purchase; 
(ii) nominating a valid email address to receive the receipt of purchase; and (iii) paying the total amount of the sale in the payment method permitted. 
(b) The contract between you and The Museum for the purchase of any Ticket only becomes binding when The Museum emails you with a receipt at the last stage of the booking process which notifies you that The Museum has processed your order and provides you with a booking reference. 
(c) If The Museum sends any Gift Voucher or Ticket to you by post, The Museum takes no responsibility for any Gift Vouchers or Tickets damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost, or misdirected mail and will not replace or refund value for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers or Tickets. 
(d) The Museum is not obliged to accept your order and may reject or cancel your order if:
(i) the Ticket is unavailable; 
(ii) full payment is not received; 
(iii) there is an error in your order; 
(iv) we believe, or reasonably suspect that your order is fraudulent; or 
(v) we believe, or reasonably suspect that you will use the Ticket for a fraudulent or unlawful purpose. If The Museum rejects or cancels your order, then, provided you have not materially breached these terms and conditions, The Museum will refund you in accordance with clause 1.8.
(e) If you purchase a Ticket online, you must present the e-ticket or other proof of purchase required by The Museum on arrival. You may also be required to produce the payment card used to make the purchase and photographic identification matching that payment card. 
(f) Tickets offered for sale online will only be valid for a specific date and time, as notified to you in the offer for sale and noted on the receipt. After that date and time the Ticket is no longer valid and entry is at The Museum’s discretion in accordance with clause 1.6.
(g) If you purchase a Climb or other ticket or item from Feliz Puente Pty Ltd ABN 79 625 999 877 trading as BridgeClimb Sydney online and, as part of that transaction, you also pay for a Ticket for The Museum premises, you can redeem your Ticket online via The Museum website and make a booking for a specific date and time or, subject to capacity, at The Museum premises, in either case, using the redemption code provided to you in your confirmation of booking.

1.16 Depending on the payment method used when booking, a transaction fee of 1% may apply. This fee applies to all bookings using the following payment methods: AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, GooglePay, Alipay and ApplePay.

1.17 Subject to any condition, warranty or right implied by, or any statutory consumer guarantee contained in, any law (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) which cannot by law be excluded by agreement: (i) The Museum gives no warranties, and you have no other rights, apart from those, if any, expressly set out in these terms and conditions: and (ii) all implied conditions, warranties and rights are excluded.

1.18 Where any condition, warranty or right is implied by law, or any statutory consumer guarantee applies, and cannot be excluded but can be limited, The Museum limits its liability for breach of, or other act contrary to, that implied condition, warranty or right or statutory consumer guarantee: 
(i) subject to the qualifications in section 64A of Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law, to any one or more of the following (as The Museum may determine): 
(A) the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods:
(B) the repair of the goods; 
(C) the payment of the costs of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; 
(D) the payment of the costs of having the goods repaired; 
(E) the supplying of the services again; or 
(F) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again; and 
(ii) otherwise, to the extent permitted by law.

1.19 Subject to clauses 1.17 and 1.18, and despite any implication arising from any other provisions of these terms and conditions, The Museum is not, and will not be, liable to you in contract, in tort (including negligence), under any statute (to the extent permitted by law) or otherwise for, or in respect of, any: 
(i) indirect or consequential loss or damage; or 
(ii) loss of profits, sales, turnover, reputation (or damage to it), production, anticipated savings, goodwill, business opportunities, customers, software or data, or loss of use of any software or data, or loss under, or in relation to, any other contract; in each case, whether of a direct, indirect or consequential nature, suffered by you or any other person and arising out of any breach or other act or omission in connection with these terms and conditions.

2. STANDARD CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

2.1 The following conditions in this clause 2 apply to all persons who visit The Museum premises provided they have been notified of these standard conditions of entry (including via signage on or at the entrance to The Museum premises) whether they have purchased a Ticket or not.

2.2 The Museum may refuse entry to its premises to any person for inappropriate behaviour or if in The Museum’s discretion (acting reasonably) that person may adversely affect the health, safety or security of The Museum’s employees, the person, or other people at The Museum premises. The person will be reimbursed for the cost of the Ticket or issued with a credit voucher for the Ticket if the person is refused entry to its premises for any reason other than as contemplated under clause 2.7 or where the person is in breach of clause 2.8.

2.3 All persons at The Museum premises consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded. Ticketholders acknowledge that in order to enhance security, surveillance equipment (including security cameras) may be used at The Museum premises. Ticketholders also consent to the use of any such film, image or recording at the discretion of The Museum or law enforcement agencies without compensation or further notice. All personal information will be dealt with in accordance with the The Museum’s Privacy Policy.

2.4 Access to the Museum premises is at your own risk, subject to clauses 1.17 and 1.18, and if you sustain any personal injury, loss or damage to property, you hereby agree that The Museum is not liable to you and has no responsibility to you for any such personal injury, loss or damage to property. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any children at all times through responsible behaviour and a duty of care.

2.5 The Museum reserves the right to refuse access to The Museum premises and adjacent facilities by any person. All children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times who shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct whilst on The Museum premises and have a duty of care to actively supervise such children at all times.

2.6 Alcohol and glassware not purchased at The Museum is not permitted to be brought onto The Museum premises.

2.7 You may be removed from The Museum premises for inappropriate behaviour or behaviour that in The Museum’s reasonable discretion could impact the health, safety or security of The Museum’s employees, the person, or other people at The Museum premises. You may be refused entry or removed from The Museum premises if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

2.8 All persons must obey the reasonable directions and instructions of Museum staff and abide by any other reasonable conditions communicated by The Museum staff or displayed at The Museum premises relating to inappropriate behaviour, health, safety, security or operational requirements, or any physical restrictions in respect of The Museum premises or using any attraction operated by The Museum.

2.9 In these terms and conditions a reference to includes or including means including without limitation.

3. GIFT VOUCHERS

3.1 Gift Vouchers are sold for a specific product or range of products or monetary value. Certain Gift Vouchers may be redeemable at other sites operated by BridgeClimb Sydney, including for Climbs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gift Vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable, and are not redeemable as cash. Gift Vouchers must not be offered as prizes or resold or used for any commercial purpose, including promotion of any supplier or their products or services, without The Museum’s prior written permission.

3.2 The Museum reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product purchased on a Gift Voucher, but agrees to replace that discontinued with any other item to the same value.

3.3 A Gift Voucher must be redeemed within 3 years from date of purchase.

4. RESELLERS

If you made your booking or otherwise purchased a Ticket or a Gift Voucher from a reseller or other third party, then your agreement is with the relevant reseller or third party (as applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Museum accepts no responsibility or liability to you in respect of any such reseller or third party booking arrangements. However, you must still comply with these terms and conditions where applicable to you and with any necessary changes.

5. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions stated are subject to change without notice provided that, in respect of any Ticket Holder who has already purchased their Ticket or Gift Voucher, the terms and conditions prevailing at the time of purchase continue to apply.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The Museum each Ticket Holder and each guest at The Museum notified of the standard conditions of entry and/or these terms and conditions, submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia in respect of these terms and conditions and any dispute between them.
