BridgeMuseum – Terms and Conditions for Trade Bookings and SkyHouse After Hours
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Trade Day Session and SkyHouse After Hours bookings at BridgeMuseum. By confirming a booking, the organiser agrees to the conditions outlined below.
1 - Day Sessions
1.1 Booking Requirements
Groups of up to 15 guests may book directly via the Agent Portal, for buyers with access or by emailing [email protected]
Groups of 16+ guests must book by emailing [email protected]
Payment is due at time of booking or will be invoiced on day of travel for buyers with credit and is non-refundable / transferable.
1.2 Cancellations - up to 15 guests
Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable except where expressly permitted in the terms and conditions (see link below).

1.3 Cancellations - Groups (16+ Guests)
Written cancellations received 24 hours or more before the booked entry time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the booked entry time, or no shows, will be charged 100% of the net group value.
1.4 On the Day Adjustments – Groups (16+ Guests)
Reductions of up to 10% of the booked headcount, for groups of 16 guests or more, may be processed on arrival free of charge. Increases are subject to capacity and will be charged at applicable net trade rate.
1.5 Complimentary (FOC) Policy
Complimentary entry is provided for bona fide, registered Tour Guides, Tour Leaders, or Driver Guides only.
FOC allocation:
- 16 - 24 guests: 1 FOC
- 25–39 guests: 2 FOC
- 40–59 guests: 3 FOC
- 60+ guests: 4 FOC, plus 1 additional FOC per extra 15 guests
FOC places are included when calculating late cancellation and no-show charges.
1.6 Pre-booked Add-on Experiences (e.g. Guided Tour)
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time, or no shows, will be charged 100%.
- Headcount reductions of up to 10% may be made free of charge up to 48 hours prior. After this time, charges apply to the original booked numbers.
1.7 Late Arrivals and No Shows
- Groups 16+ arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be guaranteed entry and may have their experience shortened to meet operational requirements. Fees remain unchanged.
- No shows are charged 100% across all products.
- Groups running late should contact the BridgeClimb Concierge & Bookings Team on 02 8274 7773.
2. SkyHouse After Hours Bookings
2.1 Booking Requirements
- Groups of up to 15 guests may book directly via the Agent Portal, for buyers with access or by emailing [email protected] Payment is due at time of booking and is non-refundable / transferable.
- Groups of 16+ guests must book by emailing [email protected]
- Private events must be booked via [email protected]
2.2 Deposits and Payment
- For FIT Bookings up to 15 guests non-refundable pre-payment is required
- For group bookings comprising 16+ guests, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance, including any applicable minimum spend, is due 5 business days prior to the event date.
2.3 Cancellations for groups 16+ guests
- 5 business days or more before the event: full refund, including deposit.
- 5 business days to 36 hours before the event: 25% cancellation fee, applied to the original booking value or minimum spend (whichever is higher).
- Less than 36 hours before the event, or no shows, will be charged 100% of the original booking value or minimum spend (whichever is higher).
2.4 Headcount Changes for groups 16+ guests
- Reductions of up to 10% may be made 36 hours or more before the event without penalty, subject to any minimum spend.
- Reductions of more than 10% within 36 hours of the event will incur a 25% fee based on the original booking value.
2.5 Rescheduling for groups 16+ guests
- One complimentary date change is permitted within the same pricing season when requested 5 business days or more before the event.
- Rescheduling requests made within 5 business days are treated as a cancellation and rebooking under the terms above.
- All rescheduling is subject to availability.
2.6 Dietary Requirements and Final Details
Final guest numbers, dietary requirements, and any additional catering or menu selections must be provided 5 business days prior to the event.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time, or no shows, will be charged 100%.

3. Payment and Invoicing
- For Day Sessions, payment is due at time of booking.
- Trade partners with approved credit are not required to prepay for Day Sessions or non-food and beverage add-on experiences (e.g. Guided Tours).
- Invoices are issued on buyer’s standard terms for buyers with credit.
- Evening food and beverage products (e.g. SkyHouse After Hours) follow the applicable deposit and balance requirements.
4 . Force Majeure (All Booking Types)
In the event of genuine force majeure (such as government-mandated closures or extreme weather affecting safe operations), all fees will be waived. BridgeMuseum will offer rescheduling or refunds at its discretion.

Time stamps are based on Sydney time (AEST/AEDT) and the scheduled start time of the booked product.
